What Is NHT ChatOps? ​

NHT ChatOps is a communication tool that connects a Slack channel in your workspace to a conversation with the NHT team. It works like a shared channel — messages you send in the paired channel are delivered to NHT, and their responses appear back in the same channel.

The app does not monitor, collect, or export data from your workspace. It only relays messages in channels you explicitly pair with us.

How It Works ​

  1. Install the NHT ChatOps app to your Slack workspace.
  2. Create a channel (or use an existing one) and invite the NHT bot.
  3. Send a message or use /get-pairing-id — you'll receive a pairing ID.
  4. Share the pairing ID with your NHT contact to complete the link.

Once paired, messages flow both ways automatically.
